What is Digital Property?
For a list of properties go here.
Digital Property includes data sets, 2D and 3D knowledge representation elements, digital media libraries, applications, services and more.
These properties are offered through the i Platform (Rational Data’s web-based operating system), web portals, or traditional websites.
Some examples of digital property are mailing lists, genomic sequence information, and the location and levels of aquifers of water on a geomap. Each of these data sets has real-world value. In 2D and 3D environments, online real estate is a valuable commodity that can support applications, services, utilities, traffic, advertising, mining, and collecting data from collaborative participants. Examples: in a 2d space, a concept map could outline the conceptual relationship between protein interactions in the human body. In the 3D environment, a space could represent a protein molecule directly related to drug discovery.
